Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while overseeing the project lifecycle from conception to deployment. Your role will require effective communication and coordination with different departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications you develop.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
