Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Programmer to join our manufacturing and production team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating engineering drawings and blueprints into efficient machine programs to produce high-precision cylindrical and turned components using CNC lathe
Key Responsibilities Programming:
1. Develop, write, and optimize CNC lathe programs (using G-code/M-code ) on FANUC Control to manufacture precision parts efficiently and accurately.
2. Machine Setup & Tooling: Set up CNC lathe machines, select appropriate cutting tools, set tool registers, offsets, and establish zero and reference points.
3. Testing & Optimization: Conduct test runs, verify tool paths, and adjust programs to minimize cycle times while ensuring parts meet strict quality control standards.
4. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to ensure compliance with blueprint tolerances.
5. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machinery malfunctions, programming errors, or cutting issues during production runs.
6. Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC equipment and adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with machinists, quality control inspectors, and production supervisors to streamline manufacturing workflows.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
