We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across Maharashtra. The role includes managing and motivating the sales team, appointing and developing dealers, increasing market penetration, achieving sales and collection targets, conducting regular sales reviews, preparing growth strategies, expanding the painter network, and strengthening customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in the paint or building materials industry, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales function while delivering measurable business growth.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
