Roles and Responsibilities:

Create / Modify 3D model Components' in SolidWorks as per the standards document.
- Create / Modify the EBOMs and documents as per the requirements
- Create / Modify Assembly drawings / exploded views as per the requirements
- Should independently handle CAD design with minimal supervision, Composites & sheet metal assemblies and related subsystem in Aerospace Domain.

Should understand Engineering BOM and correlate the various assembly indicators as per operation sequence of components.
- Should be able to communicate with sub-systems’ stakeholders on the technical requirements, be able to discuss, participate and negotiate in finalizing technical requirements and acceptance methodologies.

Should have good communication skills (spoken, tele-con, written communication skills necessary to work effectively with cross-functional team members)
Must have skills:

SolidWorks
-
Work Benches: Part Design, Assembly Design, CPD, Sheet Metal, Drafting.

Design and detailing in SolidWorks for part, assembly & installation drawings with sound knowledge on DFM, DFA.
- Experience in using ASME drafting standards, GD&T symbols.
- Advanced CAD Modeling Techniques and Proficient in using the Tools

Stack-up Analysis, Clash/ Clearance Checks

Understanding about PDM, PLM and Process Management

Basic Knowledge of ASME Y14.5M/ ISO Standards ECR and DAR

Revision and Version Control

Good Communication skills (verbal and written)

Problem Solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in challenging environment to deliver high quality results
Good to have skills:

Knowledge of Design and Assembly of Unmanned Aerial Systems.

Should have an ability to articulate thought processes well in individual meetings as well as larger team meetings.
Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):

B.E /M.E in Mechanical / Aerospace /Automobile/Production
-
2-4 Years in Engineering design / product development / CAD Design
