About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will consult with prospective clients seeking personalized hair restoration and hair loss solutions. You will understand each client's unique concerns and recommend customized treatment options based on their lifestyle, age, facial features, profession, personality, and expectations.
The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, building long-term client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients and recommend suitable hair restoration solutions.
- Drive new client acquisition while maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, business development activities, corporate tie-ups, MOU partnerships, referral programs, BTL activities, and outstation promotional events.
- Meet daily consultation, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules using CRM systems.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the studio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in consultative sales or premium customer-facing sales.
- Experience handling face-to-face consultations with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) or premium clientele.
- Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age preference: 30 years and above
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, luxury retail, cosmetic clinics, hospitality, premium services, or similar consultative sales environments will be preferred.
- Comfortable working with monthly revenue targets and performance-driven incentives.
