- Generate and manage leads through outbound calls, chat platforms, and email campaigns
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and budget
- Present suitable residential/commercial property options aligned with client needs
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Follow up regularly to nurture leads and convert them into closures
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → site visit → negotiation → closure
- Maintain accurate data and updates in CRM systems
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends, project details, and pricing
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
