The Senior Workday Integrations Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations and applications. This role is ideal for an experienced Workday technologist who can independently deliver integrations, contribute to design discussions, and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities:[AR1.1] • Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations, including inbound, outbound, and middleware-based integrations • Build and consume JSON-based REST APIs and Workday web services (REST and SOAP) • Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Extend with limited guidance • Own integration development from requirements through deployment and post-production support • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including error handling, retries, and performance optimization • Follow and enforce coding standards, security requirements, and integration best practices • Participate in architecture and design reviews, providing implementation-level input • Maintain integration documentation, configurations, and operational runbooks • Stay current on Workday features, integration patterns, and tooling improvements Qualifications: • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise software or systems integration • 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing Workday HCM integrations • Workday certifications (Integrations, Extend, Orchestrate) • Strong experience with JSON-based APIs, REST web services, and XML • Hands-on expertise with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio • Experience delivering on Workday Extend platform (Orchestrate experience a plus)[AR2.1] • Solid understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and security concept
