Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience
Mission
Work directly with the founder to discover, validate and build new product opportunities around WhatsApp. You'll interact with customers, understand operational problems, research markets, validate ideas, support existing customers and help shape future products.
This is not a conventional sales or marketing role. It is a learning and execution role for someone who wants to build products and businesses.
What You'll Do
- Support existing customers
- Talk to customers and prospects to understand operational problems
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Validate new product ideas and GTM hypotheses
- Create sales collateral, demos and presentations
- Assist with SEO, content and LinkedIn initiatives
- Use AI tools extensively for research and execution
