Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily production activities on the injection moulding shop floor
* Monitor shift schedules, manpower allocation & machine uptime
* Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards
* Coordinate with quality & maintenance teams to resolve issues
* Handle mould changeovers, setup approvals & parameter settings
* Maintain 5S, safety & process discipline on the shop floor
* Prepare daily production reports, rejection analysis & downtime records
