Key Responsibilities Sourcing Talent: Source potential candidates using job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri), internal databases, and social networks. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, soft skills, and culture fit. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates. Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database of talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs. Offer & Onboarding: Assist with candidate offer rollouts, document verification, and smooth onboarding transitions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
