- Shift:- day shift (10:00 am - 06:30 pm).
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Candidate should be located / living in nearest areas of Alambagh, Lucknow.
- FRESHER or 06 month to 01 year of work experience in Aegis BPO / any call center / Telecalling or related.
- MBA in Marketing specialization only (Graduate without MBA degree will not be interviewed).
- Must be able to communicate in English language.
- MS Office, MS Excel, Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.
Job responsibilities:-
- To make communication with our Associates over phone calls.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.
Remuneration and benefits:- Rs. 15,000 - 20,000/- + incentives + benefits.
