Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Production, Service Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, and Administration.
- Drive business growth by achieving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Improve manufacturing productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Strengthen customer relationships and ensure exceptional after-sales support.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across departments.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
Experience
- 10–15 years of industrial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing production, industrial services, sales, HR, and administration in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
