Real Estate Accountant
Salary: Starting from ₹35,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Accountant to manage accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance for real estate projects and properties.
Responsibilities
Maintain financial records and property accounts.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Track project costs, budgets, and cash flows.
Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors and internal teams.
Requirements
B.Com / M.Com.
2–5 years of accounting experience (real estate/construction preferred).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and real estate accounting.
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Additional Requirement
Punjabi language knowledge (reading and speaking) is mandatory.
Punjabi candidates preferred.
Salary: ₹35,000+ per month (based on experience)
