Join Cisco’sWW Distribution Sales& Finance organization, where teams work across business, finance, IT, and data functions to enable scalable financial reporting, analytics, and business decision-making. The team manages and continuously improves theWW Distribution Foundation data warehouse, which supports critical financial processes and advanced reporting across the WW Distribution Sales and Finance organizations.
Your Impact
As aProject Manager, you will design, plan, and coordinate business-related projects from initiation through delivery, working across technical and non-technical teams. You will translate business requirements into actionable solutions while managing project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, testing, documentation, and delivery.
You will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining theWW Distribution Foundation data warehouse, supporting financial reporting, analytics, data sourcing, and reporting automation. You will also partner with business and technology teams to resolve data and reporting issues, prioritize enhancements, and drive improvements that enable better business outcomes.
You Will
- Design, plan, and coordinate business-related projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Define project requirements and conduct feasibility, needs, and impact assessments.
- Develop detailed project plans coveringresources, timelines, dependencies, risks, testing, documentation, training, and delivery.
- Enhance and maintain theWW Distribution Foundation data warehouse supporting key financial processes and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful and actionable analytics usingMS SQL Server, Snowflake, SAP HANA, FinBI, Partner Database, and related technologies.
- Support advanced reporting and analytics for stakeholders acrossWW Distribution Sales and Finance.
- Improve financial data sourcing and identify opportunities to automate financial reports and dashboards.
- Manage day-to-day data and reporting issues and coordinate with upstream teams to drive timely resolution.
- Prioritize reporting enhancements, system updates, and business requests based on stakeholder needs and business impact.
- Partner withCisco IT, Finance IT, WIPS, and Data& Analytics teams to understand upstream changes and assess their impact on financial reporting.
- Define and communicate business requirements for upstream changes that improve analytics and stakeholder outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, manage change control, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide clear project updates, stakeholder communications, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work primarily with theWW Distribution Sales Strategic& Planning team and collaborate closely withWW Distribution Finance, Cisco IT, Finance IT, WIPS, Data& Analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

You are aprocess-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional who can understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions. You are comfortable working across business and technical teams, managing multiple priorities, driving change, and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.
You have strong communication and presentation skills and are comfortable asking questions, challenging existing processes, and working with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inComputer Applications, Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working with theCisco WW Distribution Foundation data warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of the architecture and data structure of theCisco WW Distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of theCisco Distribution Partner Journey.
- Strong understanding of theCisco 2-Tier Channel business architecture.
- Deep knowledge ofCisco Finance Business Intelligence (FinBI), SAP HANA, and Partner Database.
- Proven experience managingcross-functional projects involving business and technology teams.
- Experience with databases and technologies such asSAP HANA, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake.
- Experience withTableau and Tableau Cloud.
- Experience with reporting tools such asSAP BusinessObjects and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supportingfinance, distribution, sales, or business analytics environments.
- Experience in financial reporting, dashboard automation, and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of data sourcing, data quality, reporting dependencies, and upstream/downstream system impacts.
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and coordinating implementation across multiple teams.
- Strong project planning and execution skills across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience identifying process improvement and automation opportunities within reporting and analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
