We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to join our Training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging, high-impact learning content across all business verticals — including Collections, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Customer Service. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in instructional design tools, adult learning principles, and digital content development.
- Design and develop structured and engaging learning content in multiple formats including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, microlearning, simulations,
and job aids.
- Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to create outcome-driven learning experiences.
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct learning needs assessments, define learning objectives, and determine content strategy.
- Leverage e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and others to build high-quality digital learning.
- Manage content lifecycle within the Learning Management System (LMS) – from creation and deployment to tracking and evaluation.
- Design assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on analytics and learner feedback.
- Design visually compelling decks for client presentations, internal communication, or business proposals, ensuring alignment with Credence branding.
- Create digital banners, promotional content, and visual aids to support the marketing and branding of learning programs or organizational communication.
- Collaborate with the Quality or Compliance teams to develop short explainer videos or training content for regulatory requirements and process adherence.
- Contribute to general corporate deck creation for leadership teams as needed.
- Contribute to L&D branding, gamification strategies, and learner engagement campaigns.
- Stay abreast of learning technology trends (AI/VR in learning, adaptive learning platforms) and recommend innovations to enhance Credence’s learning culture.
- Value Add: In addition to design responsibilities, actively participates in training facilitation, adding delivery capabilities to content development expertise.
5-8 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning development, or content
strategy within an L&D function or e-learning company.
❖ Proficiency in LMS tools (e.g., Moodle, SuccessFactors, or similar).
❖ Hands-on experience with authoring tools: Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe
Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond.
❖ Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related fields.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training effectiveness.

❖ Ability to translate complex information into simple, compelling learning
material.
Data-driven mindset to evaluate learner performance and identify areas for improvement.
A creative thinker with a learner-first mindset and the ability to turn abstract ideas into
engaging learning solutions.
Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving learning
needs.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with SMEs, designers, facilitators, and tech teams.
- Working Days: Mon to Fri (Fixed Off on Sat and Sun)
- Working hours: 9 (1hr break included)
- Shift Timing: Day to US Shifts (Flexible with Shift)
