Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, and issuing stocks while maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth warehouse operations by following storage standards, maintaining stock accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately count incoming stocks during stock receipt.
- Store products systematically according to SKU and warehouse storage guidelines.
- Assist the Logistics In Charge during physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Pick, pack, and issue stocks accurately as per market supply requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in Stock Receipt Note (SRN) counting and inventory records.
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards and support pest control activities within the warehouse.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operational standards.
- Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Requirements
Education:
- Higher Secondary / Diploma / Any Graduate
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic inventory and stock handling knowledge
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to perform physical warehouse activities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
