Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation. The candidate will work closely with architects and design teams to convert concepts and designs into detailed CAD drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and working drawings.
Prepare detailed construction and architectural drawings as per project requirements.
Modify and revise drawings based on design changes.
Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, and title blocks.
Assist architects in preparing drawings for approvals and construction.
Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project standards.
Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of architectural drafting and construction detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Good understanding of dimensions, materials, and construction methods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is an added advantage.
Prior experience in an architectural or construction firm is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
