V.K. Maali Jewellers is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales, staff, inventory, customer relationships, and overall store performance while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and stock audits.
- Ensure proper display, safety, and security of jewellery items.
- Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management regarding store performance and business growth.
- Train staff and maintain discipline and professionalism in the showroom.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery Store Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of jewellery sales, inventory management, and billing processes.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
