We are looking for confident and communication-oriented professionals from the construction, building materials, architecture, interiors, HVAC, electrical, façade, sanitaryware, real estate, or allied sectors who can build meaningful industry connections through structured telecalling and business outreach.

Telecaller / Business Development Executive
Location
Gurugram, Chandigarh
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to architects, builders, contractors, consultants, PMCs, developers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Introduce company offerings professionally and generate qualified business leads.
- Build and maintain a database of industry contacts and project opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, meetings, and ongoing discussions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for meeting scheduling and lead movement.
- Maintain daily call reports, follow-up trackers, and CRM updates.
- Conduct basic project mapping and identify upcoming construction opportunities.
- Support email communication and outreach campaigns wherever required.
- Maintain professional communication etiquette and relationship-building approach during calls.
Preferred Background

- Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi

- Ability to speak with architects, consultants, and corporate stakeholders
- Follow-up discipline and coordination ability
- Comfortable with Excel, email drafting, CRM systems, and calling tools
- Positive attitude and structured working style
Eligibility
- Graduate preferred
- 1–4 years of relevant telecalling / lead generation / coordination experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and sector understanding may also be considered
