About the Opportunity
We are expanding and building a new sales wing, Reely, under Cybertruck Films. Started two years ago, the organization is now growing with a strong focus on client acquisition and market expansion.
This role is for individuals who can bring in business owners, generate leads, and close deals with professionalism and trust.
Role Overview
- Identify and approach business owners and decision-makers
- Bring clients and business opportunities to the team
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed deals
- Handle direct client communication and pitching
- Work as a lead generator, negotiator, and deal closer
Work Structure
- Freelance-based role with flexible working options
- Backend support team for execution and delivery
- Client servicing and reporting handled internally
- Focus purely on lead generation and deal closure
Support Provided
- Travel fuel allowance for bike
- Sales materials including brochures and visiting cards
- Team support for project execution
- Structured client reporting after each project
Payout Structure (CTC Equivalent – Performance Based)
- 15 conversions/month → Approx. ₹1.2 LPA
- 20 conversions/month → Approx. ₹1.8 LPA
- 30 conversions/month → Approx. ₹3.0 LPA
- 35+ conversions/month → Approx. ₹3.6 LPA
Payout is fully performance-driven. Payments are processed at the end of each cycle same as U.S Model Agency.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be based in Kochi
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Trustworthy, professional, and responsible in client interactions
- Ability to approach and close business independently
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
