We are hiring a Fresher Office Assistant for HR Recruitment support. The role includes assisting HR activities like candidate coordination, resume screening, interview scheduling, and basic office administration work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR team in recruitment process
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and records
- Handle basic office administration tasks
- Make follow-up calls to candidates when required
- Update Excel sheets and maintain reports
- Support day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills (Bengali/Hindi; basic English preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
