Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Primary Coordinator to oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Pre-Primary section. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective teaching-learning practices, supporting teachers, maintaining academic standards, and creating a nurturing environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day academic activities of the Pre-Primary section.
- Plan and monitor curriculum implementation as per school guidelines.
- Mentor, guide, and support Pre-Primary teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Monitor teaching methodologies, student engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Organize academic activities, events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities for young learners.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students' academic and developmental progress.
- Ensure proper maintenance of student records, lesson plans, assessments, and academic documentation.
- Conduct teacher meetings and coordinate with the Principal/Academic Head for effective academic planning.
- Promote age-appropriate, activity-based, and experiential learning practices.
- Ensure a safe, positive, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Support the induction and training of new teachers.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and academic standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT/ECCE qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education and child development.
- Good communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a reputed school in a Pre-Primary Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, Senior Teacher, or similar role.
- Strong classroom observation and teacher mentoring skills.
- Warm, patient, and child-centric approach.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate effectively with school leadership and parents.
- Proficiency in English communication and basic computer applications.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
