Job Description:What You will do:
· Lead, supervise, and motivate the Pre-Sales/Telecalling team to meet call targets, site visit targets, and booking goals.
· Allocate calling data (Hot, Warm, Cold leads) and ensure timely follow-up and lead tracking.
· Conduct daily review meetings to assess performance and resolve challenges faced by the team.
· Push for site visits by influencing prospective customers through tele-calling strategies.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (calls made, walk-ins, site visits, conversions, and follow-ups).
· Train team members on calling techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and communication etiquette.
· Maintain accurate lead updates and entries in Excel, Google Sheets, and the company Sell App.
· Coordinate closely with Sales and Sourcing teams for updated databases and feedback.
· Build a positive and target-driven work environment within the team.
Requirements:
· The candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling Team Handling
· Confident, assertive, and target-driven personality.
· Ability to motivate and develop team members.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
