DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following shall be duties and responsibilities of the Manager Mechanical Maintenance.
· Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
· Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
· Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
· Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
· Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
· Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
· Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
· Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
· Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
· Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
· Guiding subordinates on matters related to mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance and ETP etc.
DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. BE/Dip in Mechanical with minimum 10 -15years’ experience in the relevant field.
2. Good mathematical skills and familiarity with analytical quantitative calculations.
3. Strong communication skills both written and oral.
4. Good organizational skills and ability to handle manpower.
Team player who can adapt to dynamic work environment.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
