1. Financial Accounting & ERP Management
- Maintain and manage the complete books of accounts within the ERP system. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts systematically.
2. Manufacturing & Cost Accounting
- Oversee inventory accounting, including raw materials (PVC resin, stabilizers), workin-progress, and finished goods.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing variances, production costs, and overhead allocations.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory and reconcile it with ERP records.
3. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure timely computation, filing, and payment of statutory dues including GST (GSTR-1, 3B, 9), TDS/TCS, and PF/ESIC.
- Prepare documentation for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and central manufacturing regulations.
4. Reporting & Budgeting
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide management with accurate cost analysis reports to optimize production expenses.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
