Position
Senior Procurement Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve maximum value.
- Source vendors for event-related goods and services, including kitchen equipment, fabrication, and smallwares.
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
- Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare procurement reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Strong vendor network in smallwares, fabrication, or commercial/heavy kitchen equipment is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential for effective on-ground vendor coordination.
- Based in Bengaluru and willing to travel locally for vendor meetings and sourcing activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
