Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Experience : 2 - 10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services
- Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead generation
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
