Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Greet all customers warmly and professionally upon entry and ensure a friendly send-off
- after the purchase.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, offering personalised
- suggestions and upselling/cross-selling where applicable.
- Ensure accurate communication about products, promotions, and services to avoid
- miscommunication or misinformation.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and escalate issues to the Store
- Manager when necessary.
- Maintain a conversion rate of over 90% by delivering effective sales interactions.
- Ensure minimum 90% achievement of individual and store-level sales targets within defined timelines.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction (CSAT – Offline & Online).
2. Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising:
- Stay updated on all product features, pricing, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Demonstrate proper use and benefits of products to customers.
- Assist in rotating and rearranging displays every two weeks with attractive, new items.
- Weekly update and maintenance of rack and hanger arrangements for apparels.
3. Store Operations & Maintenance:
- Support inventory activities including unboxing new stock and arranging displays as needed.
- Notify the reporting manager regarding stock replenishment requirements.
4. Reporting & Team Collaboration:
- Track and report individual sales achievements (vs. targets) daily.
- Attend and actively participate in daily and weekly team meetings, implementing action
- items as required.
5. Team Coordination & Communication:
- Attend daily and weekly team meetings, share performance reports, and implement followup actions promptly.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth store operations and a consistent customer
- experience.
- Temporarily relocate to other store locations when required for business needs.
- Take initiative in any additional responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
6. Time Management & Reporting:
- Utilise time efficiently during customer interactions and while performing sales and operational duties.
- Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly task deadlines are met as per store policy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
