Position: Diploma Architect / Architectural Drafter
Job Summary
We are looking for a Diploma in Architecture candidate to support our architectural drafting and design projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working/construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
- Revise drawings based on client/engineer comments.
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, dimensions, and title blocks.
- Assist senior architects/engineers with project documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and delivered within project timelines.
Qualification
- Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Assistantship.
- 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting/design.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD knowledge can also apply.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of architectural drafting
- Understanding of building plans and construction drawings
- Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
