Salary
₹65,000 to ₹75,000 per month to start, based on experience
Performance and salary will be reviewed after 3 months, with the opportunity for an increase based on proven results.
About the Role
Salonbrandz is looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Growth, SEO & Google Ads Specialist to help grow our online business in Canada and the United States.
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in:
- Shopify
- E-commerce SEO
- Google Ads
- Google Shopping
- Google Merchant Center
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Keyword research
- Competitor analysis
- Conversion-rate optimization
This is not a junior digital marketing or social media position.
Main Responsibilities
- Improve Salonbrandz’s organic rankings on Google
- Identify high-value keywords and products with strong ranking potential
- Optimize Shopify product and collection pages
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to outperform them
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Shopping
- Improve Google Merchant Center product feeds
- Reduce wasted advertising spend
- Improve ROAS and conversion rates
- Increase profitable online sales
- Improve cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Track organic traffic, rankings, sales, and advertising performance
- Provide clear weekly reports and recommendations
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant e-commerce or digital marketing experience preferred
- Strong Shopify experience
- Advanced SEO knowledge
- Strong Google Ads and Google Shopping experience
- Experience with Google Merchant Center, Search Console, and GA4
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Experience with professional beauty products, cosmetics, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or Canadian/U.S. e-commerce is an advantage.
Proof of Experience Required

- Improved Shopify conversion rates
