Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate and updated customer data
2. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries
3. Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and existing clients
4. Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, meetings, and closures
5. Track lead status and update progress in the CRM system
6. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
7. Assist in lead allocation and tracking conversions
8. Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client documentation
9. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Legal) for smooth processing
10. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required
11. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. 1–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
5. Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
7. Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in real estate sales coordination
2. Knowledge of property lifecycle and documentation
3. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines
