We’re looking for a smart & polished BD professional based in Mumbai with strong communication skills to build our pharma business vertical.
Freshers from pharmacy/medical backgrounds with internship experiences in BD or allied fields like research, marketing, etc interested in BD are open to apply. The salary range will differ accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Primarily close sales by reaching out to the medical teams or Marketing Heads & other decision makers in pharmaceutical companies to pitch Onference TV and its offerings.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Heads and other key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
3. Strong lead generation capabilities through online research, industry connects & professional networks to develop existing data and generate new leads.
4. Leverage LinkedIn, other digital platforms & AI tools to connect with potential leads & increase brand visibility.
5. Prepare impactful business development proposals, pitch decks and custom sales collaterals aligned with client objectives.
6. Run B-2-B campaigns / newsletters for new offerings, package deals to pharma on monthly basis.
7. Collaborate internally with different teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
Required skillsets for the role:
- 3–8 years of experience in business development or B2B sales in pharma, healthcare, or CME space
- Knowledge and understanding of the pharma & online CME ecosystem
- Understanding of drug marketing
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
•Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using online tools and CRMs

- Pharma advertising agencies
- Prescription management software companies
- Tele-medicine software companies selling to drs, pharma, diagnostics.
