Description for Business Development Executive
This target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) role focuses on revenue growth and client acquisition via an in-house telemarketing setup.
You will manage end-to-end sales pipelines across both B2B and B2C segments, converting inbound and outbound leads into paying accounts.
Key Responsibilities
In-House Lead Generation: Drive outbound calling campaigns (cold/warm) and handle inbound prospect inquiries.
B2B & B2C Conversion: Pitch products/services, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle to close deals over the phone.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, appointments booked, and revenue generated.
CRM Management: Log and track all lead data, client interactions, and follow-ups in the company's CRM.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and recommend the best solutions, including up-selling and cross-selling.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of proven track record in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development (prior exposure to both B2B and B2C is highly preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Bengali, English, Hindi, and regional languages depending on the target market).
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling capabilities.
Tech-Savviness: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and utilizing tele-dialer or CRM software.
