Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally ERP 9 Prime.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in GST filing and statutory compliance activities.
- Generate accounting and financial reports as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding accounts-related matters.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 Prime.
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts or Finance.
- Experience in retail accounting will be an added advantage.
