About the role
As a Franchise Sales Executive at JDC, you will be the primary driver of our franchise and channel partner network expansion across Rajasthan and neighbouring states. You will identify, pitch, and onboard new franchise partners, helping JDC grow its footprint across 18,000+ pincodes in India.
This is a high-impact field sales role that directly contributes to JDC's mission of making logistics seamless and affordable for every Indian business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential franchise, channel, and delivery partners in assigned territories
- Conduct field visits, pitches, and presentations to explain JDC's partnership program and commission structure
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new partners — documentation, training, and system setup
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, resolve operational queries, and ensure partner retention
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for new partner sign-ups and shipment volume growth
- Coordinate with e-commerce brand partners (Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra) to drive business to partner locations
- Report market intelligence, competitor activity, and territory insights to the Regional Manager
Qualifications & skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Logistics / courier industry preferred
- Hindi & English communication
- Basic MS Office / CRM tools
- 2–4 years in field / B2B sales
