We are looking for dedicated and detail oriented Site supervisor to oversee the construction of interior work of office project.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
- Ensuring the contractors and vendors follow all the guidelines/protocols set by building management
- Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
- Checking inventory and placing orders for building materials as when required
- Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition
- Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
- Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
- Communicating the progress report to the Design Lead
- Attending any on-site meetings or events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Supervisor
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Strong leadership qualities
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work for long hours
- Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability
- Ability to offer a high level of customer service
- Detail-oriented and a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
