- Educational Qualification – M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering or a relevant specialization; Ph.D. preferred/pursuing as per AICTE/UGC norms.
- Strong Academic Record – Consistent academic performance with a good CGPA/percentage throughout UG and PG.
- Teaching Competency – Ability to effectively teach core CSE subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, and OOP.
- Programming Proficiency – Strong hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, and relevant development tools.
- Research & Publications – Publications in reputed Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals and peer-reviewed international/national conferences.
- Expertise in Emerging Technologies – Specialization in AI/ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, IoT, Blockchain, Full Stack Development, or related domains.
- Student Mentoring & Academic Guidance – Ability to mentor students in academics, projects, internships, career development, higher studies, and innovation activities.
- Laboratory & Project Supervision – Experience in conducting laboratory courses and guiding UG/PG projects, hackathons, and research initiatives.
- Communication & Academic Administration – Excellent communication skills with willingness to contribute to curriculum development, accreditation (NBA/NAAC), examinations, and departmental activities.
- Professionalism & Continuous Learning – Strong ethical values, teamwork, adaptability, commitment to continuous professional development, and passion for academic excellence.
