Job Title: Facade Estimator
Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Facade Estimator who can accurately evaluate project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and contribute to delivering high-quality façade solutions.
If you understand façade systems inside-out and love working on real-world projects, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for façade projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
- Evaluate materials like aluminium systems, glass, and cladding
- Assist in tendering and project budgeting
Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in façade domain (MANDATORY)
- Strong knowledge of façade systems & materials
- Must be willing to work on-site in Coimbatore
- Applications without façade experience will NOT be considered
Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Mode: On-site
Preferred Skills
- Estimation & BOQ preparation
- AutoCAD / basic drawing understanding
- Knowledge of curtain wall, doors, windows / glazing systems
- Strong analytical & communication skills
