Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Electrical and Mechanical MEP Supervisors for leading residential and commercial construction projects across Mumbai. The role involves supervising MEP execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC works across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day Electrical and Mechanical MEP installation activities.
- Manage site manpower, materials, subcontractors, and work schedules.
- Ensure all MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC (VRV), Sprinkler, Hydrant, and Fire Pump Room systems.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
- Ensure Plumbing works comply with NBC Part-9 standards.
- Prepare material indents, verify RA Bills, conduct material reconciliation, and attend coordination meetings.
- Review drawings, monitor work progress, and maintain daily site reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- ITI, Diploma, or B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in MEP supervision for residential or commercial construction projects.
- Good knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Sprinkler, Hydrant, VRV, and Pump Room systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and manage site execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work across multiple project sites within Mumbai.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 7–15 days will be preferred.
