Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - RTR Record to Report including Accounting and Reporting is an important service line within the Finance and Accounting (F&A) practice at Genpact. It gives to a significant part of Genpacts growth and is a priority for the Company. We need fresh campus hires to bring in distinctive thinking on R2 R value proposition innovation and digital orientation that helps in driving client orgs finance transformation. Responsibilities: - Provide R2 R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy completeness and timeliness daily - Process Standard Monthly Journal - Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation - Fixed Assets ensure timely Capitalization/Addition/disposal of assets depreciation of assets FA reposting & reconciliations. - Clearing of overdue open items - Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review - Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirements are met - Work with Global Process Owner to standardize R2 R activities - Ensure all MEC activities and reconciliations are completed on time with accuracy - Review monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation - Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team lead - Assist and support the Team in the implementation of project initiatives - Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times. - Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely responsible and proactive manner. - Identify recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities. - Support new and existing team members through accurate knowledge transfer; - sharing of resources knowledge and experience and standard methodology thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition. - Lead end to end accounting work including FA IC and Closing and Reporting. - Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements. - Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives. - Should have knowledge and experience of IFRS Accounting & Reporting - Contributes to the development of driving standard methodologies' framework case studies benchmarking for R2 R processes and collaterals to become a leading provider of R2 R service for clients. - Participate in proposals transformation projects solutions and other projects - Work across businesses and drive margin improvement initiatives identify easy opportunities assimilate standard methodologies and help speed up implementation of the same in accounts. - Subject Matter Specialist will contribute to improving metrics and cost efficiency of R2 R processes - Crafting diagnostic and benchmarking tools to assess gaps - Engage and execute engagements with Fortune 500 organizations around process digital operating models - Understand operational framework to enable stability consistency and efficiency of 100+ R2 R processes at Genpact - Assist in the implementation of practices in different accounts
