Job Summary:
Aaryan Holidays is looking for a proactive, experienced, and detail-oriented International Travel Operations Executive to manage and coordinate International travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of India’s travel destinations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering smooth and organized travel experiences.
You will handle bookings, itinerary planning, coordination, and client support throughout the travel process and make calls to deal with or convert the clients.
Key Responsibilities Travel Planning & Booking
- Coordinate International travel arrangements including accommodations, car rentals, transfers, and sightseeing.
- Research and recommend suitable travel options based on cost, convenience, client preference, and travel season.
- Ensure all bookings follow company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Itinerary Management
- Create and share detailed travel itineraries with clients, covering stays, transfers, sightseeing, and essential travel details.
- Inform clients promptly about any itinerary changes, updates, or confirmations.
Client Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries, clarifications, and requirements.
- Provide support during travel disruptions such as delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.
Vendor & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport vendors, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services.
- Stay updated on International travel trends, new destinations, seasonal travel patterns, and supplier offers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Travel Executive, Travel Coordinator, or similar position in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian travel destinations, hotel options, and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International travel operations or sales or a similar role in the travel industry.
