Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a Media Sales professional to drive branding-led digital advertising growth in the Vietnam market.
This role will focus on building new business opportunities, expanding relationships with advertisers and media agencies, and delivering brand-focused digital solutions, supported by performance capabilities where required.
You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue, and positioning Xapads’ branding and integrated media capabilities within the local ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings strong market knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to translate client needs into customised, outcome-driven branding solutions.

Skills and Experience
7+ years of experience in digital media sales (branding-heavy)
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
Strong network within the Vietnam digital ecosystem (brands, agencies, partners)
Experience building and scaling a client base from the ground up
Strong expertise in branding solutions with working knowledge of performance models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets consistently
Preferred Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Experience working in AdTech or branding-led digital environments
Exposure to cross-market or regional sales roles
Work Model (Important)
This is a field-driven role in Ho Chi Minh City
Xapads does not operate a physical office in Vietnam
Candidates are expected to work from agency offices, client locations, and professional workspaces
This is not a work-from-home role and requires active presence within the local agency ecosystem
