1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (dining area, kitchen, bar, etc.)
- Ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
2. Staff Management
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff (servers, chefs, bartenders, etc.)
- Schedule shifts and manage labour costs
- Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
3. Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle complaints or special requests
- Monitor feedback (online and in-person) to improve service quality
- Engage with guests and build customer loyalty
4. Financial Oversight
- Manage restaurant budgets and control costs
- Track revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Analyze financial reports and make strategic decisions
- Ensure accurate cash handling and POS reconciliation
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain licensing (alcohol, food service, etc.)
