Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students on undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), certification, diploma, and online degree programs.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses based on their needs.
- Explain course features, curriculum, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into admissions by effectively handling objections and closing sales.
- Follow up with prospective students to maintain engagement throughout the admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure a positive enrollment experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Keep up to date with course offerings, university policies, admission deadlines, and market trends.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support throughout the admission journey.
