Position: TEV Analyst
Reporting To: Senior Vice President
Compensation: Up to ₹6,00,000 CTC per annum (6 LPA)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) Analyst to manage the complete lifecycle of TEV report delivery. The role involves evaluating projects from technical, financial, and commercial perspectives while working closely with internal teams, clients, banks, consultants, and engineering professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial modelling, project feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and report preparation, enabling stakeholders to make well-informed investment and lending decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. TEV Report Delivery & Quality
- Lead the preparation and timely delivery of high-quality TEV reports.
- Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with quality standards.
- Coordinate with bank sales teams, clients, Chartered Engineers, and consultants to collect project information.
- Ensure technical, financial, and commercial assessments meet client expectations.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Chartered Engineers and consultants for project execution.
- Work closely with the Operations team to track project progress through MIS.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Financial Analysis
- Develop detailed financial models including:
- Income Statements
- Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow Projections
- Perform
- Cost Estimation
- Ratio Analysis
- ROI Analysis
- NPV Analysis
- IRR Analysis
- Prepare financial forecasts under multiple business scenarios.
4. Risk Assessment
- Identify financial, operational, technical, and market risks.
- Recommend practical risk mitigation strategies.
- Incorporate risk analysis into TEV reports.
5. TEV Report Preparation
Prepare detailed Techno-Economic Viability reports covering:
- Technical feasibility
- Infrastructure assessment
- Project scope evaluation
- CAPEX & OPEX analysis
- Working capital assessment
- Financial projections
- Risk analysis
- SWOT Analysis
- Actionable recommendations for decision-making
6. Presentation & Communication
- Present findings to management, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Explain technical and financial concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
7. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
- Maintain high standards of report accuracy and quality.
- Improve reporting processes and data collection methodologies.
- Ensure reports are delivered within agreed timelines.
8. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain project MIS and milestone tracking.
- Ensure timely updates and accurate reporting across multiple assignments.
Required Qualifications Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Financial Modelling
- Cost Estimation
- Risk Analysis
- Investment Banking / Consulting / Financial Services
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
