- Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging lesson plans covering literature, writing, and grammar, tailored to various learning levels.
- Instruction & Assessment: Teach, grade, and provide constructive feedback on assignments, essays, and tests.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, orderly, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Skill Development: Develop students’ reading comprehension, writing style, and oral communication skills.
- Student Support: Identify and support students with different learning needs, providing personalized assistance when necessary.
- Collaboration & Communication: Participate in staff meetings, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate student progress to parents.

Job Requirements
