Key Account and Growth Manager - B2B Salon Industry

We’re seeking a Key Account & Growth Manager (B2B) to strengthen existing partnerships while actively expanding our B2B footprint across salons, clinics, and professional channels.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our HQ in Kandivali West, Mumbai. You’ll work closely with the Co-founder and the Technical Training teams, playing a hands-on role in driving growth, improving processes, and building, along with enhancing Aminu's presence in the professional ecosystem.
How do we wish to build this role with you?
- Managing and growing key B2B accounts across salons, clinics, and professional partners
- Actively identifying and onboarding new partners through outreach, follow-ups, and on-ground visits
- Monitoring sales performance and working toward mutually agreed-upon targets
- Owning the complete order lifecycle — from order placement and fulfilment to post-sale support
- Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries
- Working closely with the sales, training, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction
- Identifying gaps in processes, communication, or execution & proactively working to solve them
- Supporting and executing tailored marketing & visibility initiatives to build brand presence
- Representing Aminu on-ground with partners, trainings, and industry interactions as required
Knowledge or Experience in:
- 2–3 years of experience in partner management, sales, or B2B-facing roles (beauty, wellness, FMCG preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage salon owners, clinic heads, and internal teams
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
- Comfort working with targets, follow-ups, and performance tracking
- Genuine curiosity about skincare, formulations, and the professional beauty ecosystem
- Ability to balance people-facing responsibilities with internal coordination and process discipline
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, onboarding, and trainings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (in-office only)
Work days: Monday to Saturday (this role will also involve work related travel)
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Compensation: Based on experience and skill (open conversation)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
