About Us
Interior by Ashwini Dongare is a creative interior design studio focused on delivering elegant, functional, and modern design solutions. We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager who can bring our brand story to life across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, and videos)
- Assist in media shoots and vlog creation
- Write and develop creative scripts for vlogs and video content
- Generate innovative Instagram story ideas to boost engagement
- Analyze performance and suggest strategies to improve reach and engagement
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement them effectively
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Collaborate with the design team for content creation and execution
- Handle all brand collaboration activities including influencer partnerships and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience in interior design, lifestyle, or creative industry (plus point)
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
