We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Eye Clinic team. The candidate will assist ophthalmologists in patient care, maintain clinical records, support diagnostic procedures, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and minor procedures.
- Prepare patients for eye examinations, investigations, and treatments.
- Record patient history, vital signs, and maintain medical records.
- Administer prescribed eye medications and provide patient education.
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control standards.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- Assist in OT activities, if required.
- Manage inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
Requirements:
- GNM / ANM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
- Basic knowledge of patient care and clinical procedures.
- Experience in an eye clinic or hospital will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
