Mandatory requirement:
- the candidate must know posting contents on Meta (FB and Instagram), YouTube, google ads.
- The candidate must know running ads in above mentioned platforms.
- The candidate must know analysis of the results of each ads campaigns.
- experience for above three points is required
- Develop and execute social media strategies for brand growth and engagement
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and post concepts
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Shoot and create UGC (User-Generated Content) videos and trending reel concepts
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for content execution
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Handle audience engagement by responding to comments and messages
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports
- Assist in influencer collaborations and campaign execution
Requirements
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and trending social media formats
- Basic understanding of Canva, video editing apps, or content creation tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Confident in front of the camera for UGC/content shoots
- Creative mindset with knowledge of trends and audience engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
